850 3rd Ave

This 21-story, 600,000 square-foot commercial office space is the largest, contiguous office block on New York's East Side. Accurise Consulting is providing owner's representation and advisory services including planning, preconstruction management, as well as oversight of design and construction on behalf of the client.

Edge NYC

Accurise Consulting's managing partner John Mouzakitis provided baseline schedule development, cost forecasting, cashflow projections, and monthly schedule updates for the four-floor fitout that services the observation deck of the Edge — "New York City's best viewing platform". The Edge is perched 100 floors above Hudson Yards and is the highest outdoor skydeck in the Western Hemisphere.

Lever House

Completed in 1952, the Lever House is New York City's first glass curtainwall commercial highrise, which changed Manhattan and cities worldwide as it set a new standard and its design was copied across the globe.

Accurise Consulting's managing partners Berkay Baykal and John Mouzakitis both worked in different capacities providing management and scheduling for this renovation.

The Lever House neighbors Accurise's New York headquarters and is a constant reminder of the positive impact we have on the built environment.

PAC NYC

Accurise Consulting managing partners Berkay Baykal and John Mouzakitis met while working on Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC), New York's newest home for emergent and established artists. As an employee of Brookfield Properties acting in an advisor's role, Berkay assisted with the execution of design and construction. John, working directly for the PAC NYC, reviewed the monthly schedules and progress.

The Frick Collection

Accurise Consulting is providing scheduling services for facility-wide renovations to The Frick Collection, which was built in 1935 and houses 14th- to 19th-century European paintings and decorative art.

Manhattan West

This seven-million-square-foot mixed-use city block features four office towers, a residential building, a boutique hotel, and 225,000 square feet of retail space with a public plaza. The entire complex was built on a platform over the train yard for Penn Station, which was part of this project. Accurise Consulting's managing partner, Berkay Baykal started his career at Manhattan West as a field engineer for Turner Construction Company. What took almost two decades in development and construction is Berkay's career highlight. Later he joined Brookfield Properties as a Vice President. He played an instrumental role in preconstruction and predevelopment of the entire project throughout all phases. Further, he took the leadership role in the execution of construction of The Eugene, and The Pendry hotel.

Lincoln Center

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts hosts more than five million visitors annually and houses internationally renowned performing arts organizations including the New York Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Opera, the New York City Ballet, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and the Juilliard School. Accurise Consulting's managing partner Berkay Baykal worked on the redevelopment of Lincoln Center as a project engineer for Turner Construction Company and was responsible for preconstruction, procurement, and coordination of the project.

One Wall Street

This 50-story condominium tower with a 28-story annex occupies an entire block of the Manhattan's financial district. It was designated in 2001 as a New York City landmark and become part of the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. The transformation of this Art Deco masterpiece included a core reconfiguration, steel overbuild, and recladding of the retail podium. Accurise Consulting's managing partner John Mouzakitis provided the baseline schedule, ongoing scheduling services, a full-time phased study, and a methodology for the contractor to use in their planning and execution of the construction.

Moynihan Station

Moynihan Station, is a 486,000 square-foot public transportation space that serves passengers from Amtrak, LRR, NJ Transit and the New York City Subway. Moynihan Station increased the amount of space for the neighboring Penn Station's concourse by 50% and helps alleviate the flow of commuters through the Penn Station, which services 650,000 daily riders. Accurise Consulting's managing partner John Mouzakitis provided scheduling services for Moynihan Station, which included creating the baseline schedule that formed a key part of the contract documents, monthly schedule updates, and numerous acceleration studies.
