Administrative Assistant
New York, New York
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office and ensure a seamless, welcoming environment for our team and occasional visitors. This is a hands-on, all-around role that includes reception responsibilities, office coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
You’ll be the face of the office and the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps things running smoothly. We value professionalism and a can-do attitude, and we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to contribute and grow.
Full-time: (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
On-site: 400 Park Avenue, NYC
Compensation: $50 - 60K, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage phone calls with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and calendar updates for the team
- Support basic invoicing and accounts receivable follow-ups
- Review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely entry
- Maintain the kitchen and office areas; order supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
- Learn and use our in-house software for timesheets and task tracking
- Be available for occasional, urgent after-hours communication if needed

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

- Someone who understands that no task is too small when it helps the team succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in New York City
