CPM Scheduler

We are seeking an entry-level CPM Scheduler who will be responsible for planning and scheduling services, creating accurate masterplans, and empowering project teams to increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and achieve quality results.

Full-time: (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
On-site: 400 Park Avenue, NYC
Compensation: $70 - 100K, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
- Perform monthly updates to project schedules
- Analyze contractor schedules for accuracy and feasibility
- Create reports and graphics to effectively communicate project timelines and progress
- Conduct regular meetings with construction teams to gather updates and ensure schedule adherence
- Analyze project timelines and identify potential delays or issues
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project schedules
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Provide regular reports and updates on project progress
- Responsible for managing their own time for assigned deliverables in an efficient manner
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- High-level proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in construction advisory, consulting, project planning, scheduling, and controls
- Ability to read and understand construction documents effectively
- Knowledge of project life cycle phases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Capability to work on multiple projects efficiently
- Attention to details and ability proofread efficiently
- Ability to work on-site in New York City
