We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for Syncify web application. Syncify makes construction planning accessible and easy. It is a tool that transforms construction project data and visualizes the planning. Syncify is actively used on more than a hundred major construction projects in the United States. The Syncify Product Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between the agile team of developers, the UX Designer, and the senior management of Accurise. This role provides clarity of direction and design and has an overarching understanding of the vision and execution.

Full-time: (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)

On-site: 400 Park Avenue, New York, New York

Responsibilities

• Assist designers and senior management in the creation and document of technical mockups, prototypes, and wireframes for stakeholder review
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and actionable development tasks
• Maintain oversight of design assignments and feature pipeline
• Lead project management for internal development of Syncify
• Serve as primary client liaison, gathering detailed project requirements and managing expectations for external projects
• Leverage AI tools for enhanced productivity in mockup creation and workflow optimization

What We're Looking For

• Domain knowledge in construction management and/or scheduling
• 7+ years of experience in project management, product management, or operations roles
• Proven track record managing both internal development and external client projects
• Strong ability to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and assign actionable tasks
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile project management methodologies
• Excellent technical communication skills and ability to bridge business and development teams
• Strong background in QA/QC processes and testing methodologies
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience creating documentation systems, SOPs, and process workflows
• Ability to create technical mockups, wireframes, and basic prototypes with UI/UX designer
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for productivity enhancement preferred
