While most people see a project schedule as a flat timeline chart, Anthony perceives it as a detailed map of the whole project that should be inherently logical. His 30,000 foot view allows him to restructure and refine a schedule in a way that helps clients and contractors easily see what they may have previously overlooked, and identifies what it takes to reach target milestones.
Anthony loves how his role allows him to be part of the successes of hundreds of projects, which he refers to as "awesome feats of engineering." As an assistant project manager for The Walsh Group, Anthony managed and maintained the airside team schedule for the LaGuardia Airport Terminal B redevelopment project in Queens, New York. In a previous estimating role, Anthony worked on construction logistics plans and quantity takeoffs for many heavy civil and transportation projects across the Northeast.
