Paul Kaplan is a senior consultant and respected thought leader with more than ten years of experience collaborating with architects, engineers, construction managers, and general contractors in a variety of industries.

Paul has served as an owner, and an owner's representative in the public and private sectors where he leveraged his core experience as a planner and scheduler, which has allowed him to be a critical partner in strategizing, planning, and monitoring a variety of complex projects with a comprehensive approach for project controls and constructability.

Paul offers in-depth knowledge of how to transfer and align fieldwork and general construction cost and schedule metrics from the ‘boots-on-the-ground’ work to clients for their understanding of their capital programs and projects. His unique background lends itself to providing insight to a vast array of projects and necessary strategies to outline and develop a fully integrated multi-disciplinary execution plan. These experiences have developed him into a dynamic program and project planner with a logistical and strategic mindset that can be adapted to any project and have allowed him to act as a project manager, project controller, and construction superintendent throughout his career.
