Centennial Village Phase 2

Centennial Village  at the University of Miami is made up of five residential colleges on the Coral Gables Campus. Phase 2 of this multi-year plan to modernize campus housing includes residential colleges 3, 4, and 5, which will provide 1,150 beds of dorm space supporting first-year live-in students.

The 365,000 square feet of new space will offer single and double rooms, centrally-located private bathrooms, shared resident lounges, as well as classrooms and other instructional space.Accurise is providing schedule analysis for the University of Miami to report on findings and the overall health and performance of the project. The analysis includes: tracking project milestone trends, establishing Required-on-Job (ROJ) dates, reporting on tracking rates and activity hit rates, and controlling the impact of schedule variations. Continuous improvement studies are conducted to review critical and near critical activities and to closely monitor fabrication items that drive the construction process. Accurise’s enhanced scheduling logic reflects actual build strategies so the University of Miami can properly plan their work and purchase their long-lead items.
