Jake’s 58 Casino Hotel is an expansion and renovation totaling 499,000 square feet on a 15-acre site in Islandia, New York, along the Long Island Expressway. This project adds 1,000 video lottery terminals and enhances the property’s amenities.
The scope of work includes a convention center, an expanded gaming floor, a high-end lounge with an outdoor terrace, a boutique gift shop, a sports bar and grill, multiple dining options, and a multi-level parking garage with 2,000 parking spaces.
