Olympia DUMBO is a 33-story, 76-unit condominium located adjacent to the Brooklyn Bridge and East River waterfront. The building offers its residents panoramic views of the New York Harbor and the lower Manhattan skyline, a contemporary porte cochere, a triple-height lobby, and more than 38,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor residential amenities.
The amenities include fitness and activity centers including a tennis court, indoor and outdoor lap pools, a bowling alley, and a playground and water park.
Accurise Consulting's managing partner John Mouzakitis provided the baseline schedule, monthly updates, and 2D and 3D logistics planning.
