One Wall Street, an iconic Art Deco skyscraper in Manhattan's Financial District, underwent one of New York City's largest commercial-to-residential transformations, now featuring 566 luxury condominiums.

This 50-story condominium tower with a 28-story annex occupies an entire block of the Manhattan's financial district. It was designated in 2001 as a New York City landmark and become part of the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. The meticulous restoration preserved historic elements like the famed Red Room, while integrating modern amenities such as a Whole Foods Market and a Life Time fitness center, revitalizing the landmark for contemporary urban living. The transformation of this Art Deco masterpiece included a core reconfiguration, steel overbuild, and recladding of the retail podium. Accurise Consulting's managing partner John Mouzakitis provided the baseline schedule, ongoing scheduling services, a full-time phased study, and a methodology for the contractor to use in their planning and execution of the construction.
