Accurise developed the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Netflix Studios in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. This next-generation studio will support a wide-range of content creation and will be a premier production destination.

Accurise maintains the schedule and continues to track, report and communicate the schedule on a monthly basis with all stakeholders to drive effective decision making.

The 292-acre location includes sound stages, mills, production offices, parking with e-vehicle charging stations, a central utility plant, and a heliport/vertistop that is capable of landing helicopters and an electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.

Flexible placemaking areas along the campus paths for allow for filming, social interaction, and health and wellness. The campus will include public spaces for food festivals, art installations, and outdoor movie screenings. The campus will have eleven primary and secondary gateways and five pedestrian-only gates.

Basecamps are located in front of each sound stage to forma centralized campus “heart”. The stages and mills will have 20’x20’ overhead coiling “elephant” doors with truck access, and their large exterior walls can be used for backdrops. Each stage is supported by a “backpack”, which houses electrical gear, housekeeping and restrooms.
