Museum Parc is a 234,000 square foot mixed-use campus development at The Newark Museum of Art that expands the galleries by 4,000 square feet, adds retail and dining spaces, and includes 250 apartments. Outdoor amenities enhance the visibility of the sculpture garden and transforms the neighborhood into a pedestrian-friendly destination that serves as a new cultural hub for Newark.
Accurise Consulting developed the baseline schedule, and is working closely with stakeholders to perform updates, create breakout schedules, and run acceleration options.
