The striking wave-like glass facade was designed to reflect the movement of NYC street life and is the architectural transition to the California-inspired vibe inside.
Accurise’s managing partner Berkay Baykal, as an employee of Brookfield Properties, oversaw the execution of the design and construction for this project as well as the interior fitout and final finishes.
