Pendry Manhattan West is an oasis in Manhattan’s bustling midtown. Home to 164 guest rooms, including 30 suites, with interiors by world-renowned Gachot Studios, the spaces have a calming and contemporary luxury sensibility.
The art-driven interiors offer a refined mix of contemporary art, warm tones, and sleek design for a stylish, yet welcoming ambiance.
The striking wave-like glass facade was designed to reflect the movement of NYC street life and is the architectural transition to the California-inspired vibe inside.
Accurise’s managing partner Berkay Baykal, as an employee of Brookfield Properties, oversaw the execution of the design and construction for this project as well as the interior fitout and final finishes.
