Brookfield Asset Management Headquarters at 225 Liberty Street, formerly Two World Financial Center, is one of four towers that comprise the Brookfield Place complex in the Battery Park City, directly adjacent to the Financial District of Lower Manhattan and situated between the Hudson River and the World Trade Center. The project includes six program areas over floors 8-11 as well the second floor lobby. Each floor will have an open office plan as well as social areas and pantries. Floors 8 and 9 will include a conference center connected by a spiraling architectural staircase.
Accurise is providing scheduling services for the multi floor fit-out of this new headquarters for Brookfield Asset Management.
