While working as a project engineer for Turner Construction Company, Accurise’s Managing Partner, Berkay Baykal provided precontruction services including logistics, scheduling, planning and procurement. The complicated curtainwall, communication with site partners, and intense interior fitout required heavy coordination with all the stakeholders including doctors, technicians, facility managers, and the interior design team. Berkay also participated in the 3D MEP coordination effort, which included all necessary systems that are required to run a class-A medical facility.
