This seven-million-square-foot mixed-use city block features four office towers, a residential building, a boutique hotel, and 225,000 square feet of retail space with a public plaza.
The entire complex was built on a platform over the train yard for Penn Station, which was part of this project. Accurise Consulting's managing partner, Berkay Baykal started his career at Manhattan West as a field engineer for Turner Construction Company. What took almost two decades in development and construction is Berkay's career highlight. Later he joined Brookfield Properties as a Vice President. He played an instrumental role in preconstruction and predevelopment of the entire project throughout all phases. Further, he took the leadership role in the execution of construction of The Eugene, and The Pendry hotel.
