With its innovative modular performance spaces and striking marble-clad exterior, the center redefines how the arts are experienced in Lower Manhattan.
Accurise Consulting managing partners Berkay Baykal and John Mouzakitis met while working on Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC), New York's newest home for emergent and established artists. As an employee of Brookfield Properties acting in an advisor's role, Berkay assisted with the execution of design and construction. John, working directly for the PAC NYC reviewed the monthly schedules and progress.
