125 Perry Street is the restoration and conversion of an existing parking garage located in the West Village of New York City. The project involves bracing and restoring a historic facade, a detailed demolition of the interior, a full-basement excavation, and a new construction sequence with complex structural modifications. The original 4-story structure, built in 1931, will be transformed into seven high-end luxury condominiums, each with unique features. The renovated area will be divided into a variety of high-end living spaces, including three elegant apartments, two penthouses complete with rooftop terraces, and two charming townhouses. Each townhouse will have its own wine cellar, theater room, and private rear yard space. The building’s amenities will include an indoor pickleball court, three parking spaces, and a gym located in the cellar of the building.

This project has received international attention. In 2024, The Times of the UK, wrote an article about this property titled, "The Manhattan garage that’s become the hottest property in town" and quoted Andrew Berman, Executive Director at Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, explaining the cultural relevance of the buildings in this neighborhood.

“They are not just aesthetically pleasing to look at but they’re places where great artists and writers and thinkers and musicians and political activists and a whole range of other people really changed the course of history.”
